Introducing Wellabe^TM

On June 26, 2023, Great Western Insurance Company will be changing to our new Wellabe brand. This move will bring our entire organization together as one team, with one story, and one purpose to empower people to be well — well prepared, well protected, and well loved.

About the Wellabe brand

• The name Wellabe comes from the phrase, “We’ll always be.” 
• Wellabe is an extension of our promise to always be here, helping people prepare for tomorrow so they can live better today.
• Since 1929, we have been a financially strong and caring company.
• It’s who we’ve been and who we’ll always be — Wellabe.  

  What you can expect

• While our name is changing, you can continue to count on the same level of support you have come to expect from people you know and trust.
• You will have access to the same products and services. 
• You’ll see no impact or change to your contract or commissions. 
• Your clients will see no changes to their policy, premiums, or coverage. 
• We’re making you aware of this change in advance and will begin notifying customers in April. 

Wellabe-branded websites and materials

• On June 26, 2023, our agent portal and consumer-facing website will be under the Wellabe brand.
• Sales and marketing materials will reflect the new brand and will be available to order online in June.
